10-25 (First Update)
Well, we have poured 3 new concrete slabs for sites last week and we're going to try and pour another 5 next week. I guess it'll depend on how hard the ground is. Pretty much got everything picked up from the hurricane. Still have some stumps to take care of but that is already in the works. Should be redoing the bathhouse pretty soon. (Nov 1) One of our Charter members is doing most of the work.
Everyone is getting ready for the Haunted Halloween house. Should be lots of fun. If you want to volunteer call and ask for Cindy. (875-9157) We really need someone with an ape costume.

As you can see I've added frames to the page. Let me know if there are some bugs to work out. I basically just learned how to do it tonight so...
I would also like to get some Halloween pics up. If you have any pics from Halloween or just pics you would like to see on the page, let me know so I can get them scanned.

Well, the haunted house was a success. It was haunted. Seriously it was a lot of fun.We always have a good time putting it on every year. Special thanks to Cindy for organizing everything and also Marc and Felix for pitching in a lot of time and effort.

I've added some more frames to the page, specifically the newsletter page now lets you access past copies of it. I've also added some business' to the business page. Make sure if you want online to leave a card at the front desk for me (Jay). In case you didn't know it, Cindy cooks breakfast out at the park every Sunday and it is WELL worth the $1.00. Believe me, I eat it every Sunday.
Also, email me with your comments on the webpage. Good or bad I would like to hear them.
We have had some problems with our sewer on a few sites, the guys are working on it though and it should be fixed tomorrow. I'm going to try to get the last three sites poured this week also. Then it will be working on the water and electricity for them. Basketball court will be soon also.

Been a while since my last update. Not much new here. I have added some more member business' to the page and have already had some success for a few people. If you have a business, let me know and I will do what I can. Also, I'm working on a discount for members for a couple of business'.
We are about done with the remodeling of cabin C. I will try and get some pics up of the before/after. As for the last three sites I was going to try and pour, it rained so that is going to be pushed back. Hopefully this week we'll get them done.

Well, we have been haveing some trouble getting going on the bathhouse remodeling but I think we now have things under control. I'm going to try and pour the last of the concrete sites tomorrow as well as a few patios. I have put up many new business' on the web page so check them out when you get time.

12-07
Well, the concrete is pretty much all done on the new sites. Now all we need is some nice weather to do the water and electricity. Hopefully we will have them sodded and open the first of the year.
Bathhouse. . .we are ordering the parts so we have all of them before we start tearing it apart. They have already started putting on a new roof.
Cabin C is almost done. The floor just needs to be sealed and some of the trim still needs to be nailed up.

12-16
Sites are almost done. The water is run, the electric is run, the sprinklers are just about done and the rest is getting it ready for sod. I won't be here, I'm going up north for X-mas. Ya'll have a good and Merry one down here for me! :-)
